About The House
We built this so your parents would sleep easy.
Greenleaf started in 2019 on a single floor above my family home in 5th Block. My cousin had just moved from Hyderabad for her first product job, and we kept hearing the same complaints from her friends — partially furnished rooms, surprise electricity bills, wardens who were never on site.
So we kept it simple. Two meals cooked in our own kitchen. Rent that's actually all-inclusive. A warden who lives on the property, not someone who shows up between eleven and five. Six years and three floors later, the rules are the same.
If anything breaks, Ravi the handyman is upstairs. If anything else breaks, call me.

30 days. Deposit refunded within 10 working days of clean move-out.

Moved here from Kochi in 2022 for my first job. Amma cried when I left, then visited in month three, met Meera and the cook, saw the floor. She stopped calling me twice a day after that. I'm still here.
What surprised me was the deposit refund. Vacated end of February, amount hit my ICICI on the 9th of March with an itemised sheet — one fan regulator and a curtain tie-back, total ₹340. I'd mentally written off half of it.
Night shift at the hospital means I sleep 10 AM to 6 PM. The housekeeping folks quietly skip my room on those days and double back at 7. Nobody told them to. They just noticed.

Most residents walk to work. The rest take the metro from Jayadeva or an auto to Embassy Golf Links. Visit any evening between 6 and 9 PM — the warden will show you the room.
